Chester was one of the last towns in England to fall to the Normans in the Norman conquest of England. William the Conqueror ordered the construction of a castle, to dominate the town and the nearby Welsh border. Chester today attracts tourists from all around the world, mostly from the USA, Canada and China. Chester Train Station is in connection with Delamere and is only a 20min journey. Chester Backpackers
We have an 18 bed MIXED Dorm which is restricted to 9 guests from Sunday to Wednesday and would suit our more dedicated travellers. This is supplemented by 3 showers and 2 toilets.
We have an 8 bed FEMALE Dorm which has an ensuite shower and toilet. This is restricted to just females WHEN POSSIBLE!
We have a single ensuite room which has no window but is newly refurbished with a freeview TV/DVD and a large single bed woth memory foam mattress and lots of cushions.
- We have 3 twin ensuite rooms which consist of bunk beds
- We also have 1 double ensuite room with freeview TV
